At Orthofeet®, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 60-day wear test to ensure your new footwear provides the perfect fit and relief. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free shipping on all US returns and exchanges to make your shopping experience risk-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Option

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, or if you prefer a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unworn or wear-tested items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
